Our instant quoting tool is built to help you save time on quoting your job and have us start your project as soon as possible. In certain cases the final cost may be revised by our manager but only with your approval.

We are able to provide extra discounts on projects with more than 15 pages total (per project).

Our standard turn-around time for a home page design layout is 1 business day. Typically, additional pages require 1 business day per 2 inner pages. However, you can request a more expedited turnaround at an additional cost. We only start working on the project after all issues have been clarified with our project manager through the project management system (My Markup) or by phone for urgent projects. Please note that a turnaround defined by the instant quoting system may be changed depending on the design complexity in your project specification.

Here are the reasons that may affect the delivery schedule:

• - The project is highly complicated.
• - Source files provided are in the following formats: AI, EPS, PDF, JPEG.
• - JavaScript coding.

We created a small project management system called "My Markup" where you can track your project development progress, contact your manager, ask for additional enhancements, upload any missing files (fonts, pages), request additional features and pay for your project.

We have 2 options as far as the payment procedure:

1. You pay a 50% down-payment to start the project development.
You pay the remaining amount when your project is accomplished and presented to you for approval. You receive the accomplished project (zip) after you pay the remaining half of the cost.

2. You pay 100% upfront.
The project is sent to you immediately upon being accomplished.

Our development department does not work on weekends and holidays but we can make exceptions for expedited projects.

We are currently accepting payments via PayPal only.

Yes. Our services include working with JavaScript / AJAX / PHP / ASP.NET.

The quote will be calculated separately, depending on the case.

Our team creates a standard W3C code, thus our markup is displayed properly in most widespread browsers.

We test our markup on Internet Explorer 7 , Firefox 3, Safari 4+, Google Chrome 4+ and Opera 10+ by default for all orders.

The preferred source files are layered PSD, PNG or TIFF files.

We also accept AI / EPS files, though in this case it will take extra time to convert them into PSD format, and we will later need your confirmation of the AI / EPS to PSD conversion.

If you can’t provide layered files, we also accept flattened designs in JPEG or PDF formats. When sending a PDF source file please give us the exact dimensions for the page in pixels. However, be aware that there may be particular elements where it is impossible or unrecommended to use flattened files. Besides, projects with flattened designs usually require extra time/cost.

Other than that, check and make sure that the design files you provide us with are in the RGB color scheme. If the files are in the CMYK color scheme, we will convert them to RGB and then ask for your confirmation. This will naturally take extra time and some shades of colors may differ from the original.

We can also work with your existing markup. In this case we expect you to provide us with the local version of the page and it will later be used for re-slicing.

If any questions arise, just upload the files you have, and feel free to ask any questions.

The best way to go is when you provide us with layered PSD files where the text is editable. Nevertheless, if for whatever reason this is challenging or not possible, you may as well tell us which font styles should be used. This way text placeholders will be inserted where necessary.

Yes. If you need us to install a CMS on your hosting, please indicate this in the notes when you submit the project.

Wordpress CMS implementation package includes implementation of the following pages:

We implement the newest version available of the WordPress CMS with the default functionality set.

Note that implementation work does not cover any xhtml/css or design work. If you have existing xhtml/css templates to be implemented please send them separately to manager@ezmarkup.com

Joomla CMS implementation package includes implementation of the following pages:

• - Index page - template for home page content display
• - Page for the article content display
• - Page of specific category articles list

• - Search results page

We implement the newest version available of the Joomla CMS with the default functionality set.
